Our experienced team includes three Early Childhood Teachers, creating a supportive environment that nurtures each child’s development. At our early learning centre in Boronia, our play-based curriculum is guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), supporting children to learn through play, exploration and discovery. Our menus are carefully designed to be allergy-friendly, addressing various dietary restrictions to ensure that every meal served is not only nutritious and safe but also enjoyable for the children.
We prioritise clear and consistent communication with families to foster a strong partnership in supporting each child’s development. We ensure families feel informed, involved, and confident in their child’s early learning journey. I come from a family of teachers and was always surrounded by strong, positive role models in education. Although I began my academic path in business, I felt a strong calling to make a meaningful impact during the formative years of children’s lives.
Our flexible routines are tailored to the diverse needs of each age group, supporting children to thrive at their own pace. Children develop a strong sense of identity as they feel safe, secure and supported, building confidence, resilience and a positive sense of self. Through group activities, conversations and play, children learn to interact with others with care, empathy and respect, building positive relationships and friendships. Play Day Trials are a complimentary service designed  to provide a smooth transition for your child into our care environment.

We focus on building secure relationships between children and educators, closely following home routines, and supporting each child in meeting their developmental milestones. I began working in early childhood education in 2013, originally joining Great Beginnings Bayswater as a trainee. In 2026, I returned to Great Beginnings Bayswater as Centre Manager, which has been a meaningful full-circle moment in my career. I am deeply passionate about early childhood education and about supporting children in developing a strong foundation and a lifelong love of learning. Over the years, I have learned that every child learns in different ways, and that creating individualised learning experiences is essential to supporting each child’s growth.

As a parent, I am grateful to have found such a wonderful establishment that truly values the development of young minds. Our Toddler spaces have been thoughtfully designed to support this vibrant stage of rapid growth, curiosity and emerging independence. Utilising flexible indoor and outdoor environments, Educators intentionally set up engaging play experiences that evolve throughout the day, shaped by meaningful routines, sensory play, music and movement. These open-ended experiences invite children to follow their interests, build confidence and develop a strong sense of self as they explore their world safely.
To make an informed choice, parents should approach the process with a thorough understanding of what to look for, and which questions to ask. G8 Education acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands we live, work and play on each day. We promote sustainability through practices like maintaining a vegetable garden, worm farm, and composting, as well as using recycle bins to encourage eco-friendly habits among the children. I began working in early childhood education in 2020 and joined the Bayswater team in 2025. My background includes a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education. I started my journey as an Early Childhood Teacher, then stepped into a Curriculum Leader role in 2023, and have been a Centre Manager since September 2024.

With a play-based curriculum, children are encouraged to explore, discover and grow in a safe and supportive setting. We extend our learning programs beyond the classroom with an exciting events calendar, offering a variety of excursions, incursions and cultural celebrations throughout the year. Alongside our purpose-built facilities, we provide fresh, nutritious meals every day, prepared by our talented on-site cook, who caters to all dietary requirements. Our early learning centre offers a Government-funded kindergarten program and long day care under the one roof. Our kindergarten teachers are University qualified and provide a play-based learning program that will support your child in learning the skills for school and life. That means forming strong connections not only with each child but also with their families.
Our large outdoor playground and play environment are well maintained and encourage children to explore and play. We are team of 3 culturally diverse educators, we create an environment where each culture is acknowledged, celebrated and respected. Meticulously designed, our Bayswater centre provides a natural haven for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years atop the Mountain High Shopping Centre. 'No Jab No Play' is the Victorian Government legislation requiring all children to be fully immunised before enrolling in any childcare and/or kindergarten in Victoria.
