Footwear of any kind is not permitted on Kala and Tai Nui Serpentine Body Slides, Punga Racers, Runamukka Reef and Ko'okiri Body Plunge. Slides that  do not allow shoes have places to store them near the ride's entrance before you head up to the slide. I think the  bi-plane and seaplane options might be more anxiety inducing than a relaxing scenic ride for me.
