Best damn trailer I have ever bought. Walked in off the street, was greeted with a smile. Salesman answered every question without hesitation and sold me exactly what I was after. Even offered to deliver the trailer as my car was in the shop even though they dont offer this service.
They had the trailer we wanted in stock and had all the paperwork for rego etc. ready when we arrived. The trailer is built well and is better than others I had viewed. What a wonderful experience going to trailers direct and dealing with Bruce. To my shock, I was able to go straight back and the trailer was set up, registered and ready to go. Trailers Direct is the best trailer company on the coast. The whole proses was so smooth and hassle free. The finish on the trailer is very good. The only hassle I have had is the jockey wheel pins for the handle sometimes don’t line up with the holes. The only other suggestion I have is, with the canvas cover option.
So i have put removable pins and a rubber strip to stop rattle. I still believe the best trailer around. Bruce was great to deal with, made everything easy from the moment I called him. We drove 1000k’s to pick the trailer up, from the moment we got there the lads helped us out, the trailer was exactly what we wanted and needed.
