Thank you to you and all the Kindalin educators for taking such wonderful care of my daughter over the past four years. Not a day goes by that we aren’t so happy and proud to send our children to Kindalin. This year, especially, we have been touched by the amazing Miss Rachel, Miss Bonnie and Miss Nancy, who have really supported our family with our son Will. Your knowledge and experience has made us feel so confident with our decisions and preparations for school. All the beautiful teachers are warm, caring and passionate educators.
Our early learning centre is proud to be rated ‘Exceeding’ and offers exceptional care from our nurturing nursery through to our government-funded Flying Start to School preschool program. David and I were very pleased to be able to hear about everything that is happening in the Emus room this year and the way the staffing works.

I feel confident my daughter is getting great care from warm and loving carers. This is our third childcare centre and at last we can rest easy knowing Ayla has her needs met. We understand that an organised and well-resourced environment promotes individual and collaborative play and development. We ensure thoughtful and sufficient play resources and equipment are provided for a range of activities and programs, fostering holistic and varied education and care experiences for the children. Childcare centres in the area are thoughtfully designed to create enriching environments conducive to learning. Bright, airy classrooms and well-resourced play areas are standard, offering a welcoming atmosphere where children feel safe and inspired to learn.
However, with closer observation, it was clear that this was not the case.I didn’t step in right away because I wanted to observe how both the children and educators would respond. Later, my daughter went to sit next to one of the educators, but the two white boys immediately followed her. They surrounded her again, making aggressive gestures and loud noises, as if it were a game. My daughter looked uncomfortable and covered her ears, yet the educator still did not react.It wasn’t until I approached and asked the boys to quiet down that the educator finally told them to be quiet. Even as we were leaving, the two white boys continued to follow us, making faces and strange noises. I don’t believe this was a case of curious or friendly  interaction from children meeting a stranger.We’ve decided not to choose this centre, but I believe it’s important to bring this incident to your attention.
