We went glamor nails and got treated great. I had to go to another Nail spa because there was no availability. Cat fixed their mistakes and was so Happy to Have my nails done with Cat. Must be a new Townhouse customer to redeem. Not valid on products, drinks, gift cards, or group packages.
People searched for Nail Salons 253 times last month within 15 miles of this business. Have gone here for years, they used nails near to do quality work. Staff changes frequently and quality work has diminished. I will no longer waste my money going here.
The secret to great looking hands is never far away with Fresha. I would've liked for them to be more attentive to customers though. The television seems to be a distraction to some. I left with bumpy nails and polish that my 7 year old could have done better. Not sure girls name but she is young with acne.
My daughter went there to get a full set and a pedi and they did not listen to her request for short nails. When she asked them to cut them shorter the lady told her they would be shortened within the process and was rude. She ended up leaving there withno long but REALLY long nails very dissatisfied. It was a waste of $45 taking as I had to take her somewhere else to have them fixed.

When we walked out she started crying and showed me. I went back in and told him he did the exact opposite of what we asked and that her nails were cut to the quick. He started fumbling over his words and made up some excuse about the acetone not being good for her and that he said we asked him to cut them all off.
