In the last few weeks, I’ve spied more than a few party accounts on Instagram sporting some shimmery goodness…shimmer wall backdrops! It was love at first sight so I decided to explore this trend a little more to look at what types are available, where they came from and if they could be sourced in Australia. Classic shimmer wall displays use 2x different sized balloons, 5″ & 12″ latex balloons. It uses a standard 2x colour twist technique to create either a tower up the one side of the shimmer wall or in an arched style.
